About
Marine forecasts and tide predictions for US waters — every coast, the Great Lakes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Pacific islands.
Ports
A port is a forecast zone paired with a tide station. You choose each one. NOAA issues forecasts by zone and tides by station, and the two do not line up: the zone depends on where you are headed, the station on where you are. One harbor can sit under more than one zone.
Where the data comes from
Forecasts and marine hazards come from the National Weather Service, part of NOAA. Tide predictions come from NOAA Tides & Currents (CO-OPS). Heights are feet above MLLW.
NOAA data is in the public domain. This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with NOAA or the National Weather Service, and neither is responsible for anything here.
Not for navigation
Forecasts age and connections drop. Check the issue time before you rely on a reading, and carry a VHF. Nothing here replaces official NOAA products or a marine radio.
